It is important for us to feel safe. All of us! Leaders should serve for the goal of making everyone feel safe. That means both the citizens outside the organization as well as your people on the inside. Traditionally we have always done a great job making the people outside the organization feel safe. On the flip side, we dont always do a great job keeping the ones on the inside feeling safe. Unfortunately that will eventually make its way to the people on the outside.
